How often are backups tested?
Critical workloads are auto-restored to an isolated sandbox weekly with screenshot evidence. Full DR is exercised annually with stakeholders in the room.
What's the RTO / RPO?
We offer different RTO and RPO tiers to fit your company's needs. Some businesses are fine with overnight recovery and a few hours of data loss; others need near-instant cutover with continuous replication. We size the package and the cost around your downtime tolerance.
Are backups protected from ransomware?
Yes. We use immutable storage with object lock — once written, backups can't be modified or deleted (even by us, even by an admin) until the retention window expires.
